Following the release of Hulu’s Original Documentary I Am Greta, Exposure Labs (The Social Dilemma, Chasing Coral) and YEA! Impact (Hollywood Climate Summit) launched an impact campaign to promote global youth-led climate action that is intergenerational, intersectional, inclusive, and accessible. Inspired by the film’s protagonist Greta Thunberg and in partnership with the film’s producers BR•F, the Can You Hear Us? campaign uplifts young activists who are paving the way in the climate justice movement and encourage cogeneration in the climate space.

In 2022, the campaign was expanded to become bilingual (English-Spanish), translating and distributing its resulting materials among local Hispanic and Latinx networks ahead of the midterm elections in the United States.

As the Campaign Director and Impact Producer, my responsibilities and outcomes included:

  • Partnership Development: Building and overseeing a grassroots coalition of +65 organizations worldwide

  • Measurement & Evaluation: Write impact reports for funders

  • Impact Distribution: Create, develop all campaign impact materials (i.e. intergenerational conversations guide, toolkits…)

  • PERSONALIZED CLIMATE ACTION PLANS

The Can You Hear Us? action portal features a 3-question quiz to create your customized climate action based on your skillsets and personal capacity.

  • IGNITING COGENERATION IN THE CLIMATE MOVEMENT

Wrote and developed this resource to strengthen conversational skills across various age perspectives, educational, and personal backgrounds.

  • CLIMATE LITERACY & AWARENESS

Campaign created educational materials for teachers and students to bring climate issues to the classroom and ignite understanding around our relationship to the planet.
